In Tokyo, most of us still wearing masks. However, finally, I feel Christmas mood in many towns, especially Ginza. Ginza is the popular town and there are many shops to sell clothes or jewelry and so on.People are walking around in this town and some of them are searching what to buy as Christmas gifts. The every street in this town is full of Christmas decorations.This mood itself is the best gift for me.




　In the Summer of 2020, the new landmark "Ginza chandelier" was constructed on the wall of "Ginza Mitsukoshi" located at Ginza 4th Block's intersection. It was the new symbol of the department store and they made this to hope happiness of many peoples who visit this town. The design of this was classic but smart. The Lights are lit at night time.






　I found the information that AR Christmas tree will appear on the wall of Ginza Mitsukoshi from December 1 until December 25, 2022. These days, we walk around Tokyo to find Christmas trees（the videos named "Christmas tree tour in Tokyo" uploaded on Youtube. We will keep this project going everyday until Christmas). We sent an email to Ginza Mitsukoshi and they invited us to shoot the video of this Christmas tree one day before the release day.After downloading the application " XR CHANNEL", if you hold up your smartphone toward "Ginza chandelier", huge chandelier pop up from the wall.This fly into the sky and the lights of chandelier move to the Christmas tree which appear from the wall.So many gifts and ornaments fly in the sky and we can hear the music of Christmas mood.Everything happens in the screen of smartphone. However, we feel open sky from this image.Whole design is so nice.You will feel joy of Christmas and your heart will be warmed by this image.






　We feel happy when we look up the sky or meet up with our favorite person, in the favorite town.Such moments give us a small happiness but we forget such joy in a minute in everyday life.However, this winter, such moments make me feel special pleasure.





　Pressing button to start AR was like a Ceremony for myself. We can celebrate our everyday life which lost once, with such moments. This experience make me love Tokyo more.
